- Magnetic filters used in radiator cleaning machines provide system protection and easy maintenance for plumbers, technicians, cleaning professionals, and individuals. This is because the DeepClean DUALMAG magnetic filter prevents sludge and metal deposits inside the water lines from entering the cleaning machine’s motor/pump, causing heat blockage and damaging the machine.
Water pipeline drain cleaning kits are used in the following areas:

- Connection Point: The filter must be connected to the machine’s water inlet (tank inlet) via the return hose from the filter. The purpose is to ensure that dirt is captured before it is entered into the machine.
- Hose Connection: Easily mounted to machine hoses using standard fittings or quick connectors.
- Flow Direction: Ensure that the arrow marking (flow directions) on the filter housing is facing towards the machine.
- Leakage: Ensure that there are no broken seals or liquid leakage products at the connection points.
Magnetic Metal Particle Filter Instructions
The DeepClean DUALMAG magnetic filter is used to extend the life of the protective cleaning machine and to instantly trap metal shavings in the system.
- Stop the Machine: During the cleaning process, turn off the machine to remove the DeepClean DUALMAG magnetic filter.
- Remove the Magnet: Remove the magnet by detaching it from its housing in the area where the powerful neodymium is stored. When removing the magnetic rods, keep them away from the boiler outlet, electronic storage, and all sensitive equipment that may be affected by magnetic fields.
- Cleaning: Wearing protective gloves, empty the accumulated dirt layer on the magnetic rod into a bucket and discard it in the trash. Rinse and clean any remaining dirty water from the water tank lids into a bucket.
- Filter Check: Pack the machine, open the filter housing cover at the bottom connection, and wash the stainless steel filter inside.
- Proceed: Reinstall the magnet components, close the valve, and proceed to the shutdown device by running the machine.
