MOULFLUSH Duall PLC Application and Technical Features
Application
* Injection Molds and Heat Exchangers are the system used for lime cleaning of cooling channels. The system consists of 2 independent volumes of 130 liters. One part of the tank contains chemical solution and the other part has rinsing water. There are two independent air diaphragm pumps on the system. Connection collectors at the pump outlets. By cleaning the mold and heat exchanger cooling channel, the lime formed in the line is cleaned.

Pump Design
* There are 2 plastic body and air diaphragm pumps on the machine. The pumps work independently from each other.
* Chemical and corrosion resistant body structure.
Pump Suction Line
* The pump is self-priming.
* Pumps have independent suction connection.
* Pumps are coupled to the suction line with couplings resistant to chemicals. Pumps can be disassembled from the unions when necessary.
Pump Test
* Pump pressure, flow and leakage tests were made with digital measuring instruments. Tests were made in water at ambient temperature.
Pump Line Connection
* Chemical-resistant bonded socket records are used in all pump suction and discharge line connections.
Usage Interface
* In the system, 8-TOUCH PLC control panel is used. On the screen, there are many options such as starting the pumps, running time, automatic starting, pH control, flow flow control, temperature control. Besides these features, the system has audible and light warnings, the whole system and The opportunity to control running products is provided.
